DotNetNuke core is provided in a fantastic, wonderful, great, marvelous, (and whatever US Americans use to call their products) language called vb.

unfortunately you cannot much benefit from this fact, because the developers recommend staying away from altering the framework itself and create extensions instead - and you might use any .Net language for it, templates are provided in VB and C# within DNN starter kit.

If you just want to see how some piece of code would look in c#, use Reflector (http://www.red-gate.com/products/reflector/), load Dotnetnuke.dll into it, and do "Tools > Disassemble" choosing c# (or whatever you may want the code to be) in the language dropdown.

Or just copy & paste the source code in http://converter.telerik.com/Default.aspx
