Can someone tell me every location in DNN that I need to setup the time?  I seem like my time stamps are always offset by one hour.

Time correct on your system?  Your system is in the correct zone, and DST/STD if in the US?

What version of DNN?

DNN 5.2.1

The server time right now is 11:55PM (-6UTCCentral time(powerdnn)). My portal time is set to EST(-5UTC) in the "site settings".  My user is set to EST. When I post in forum I get 5:55AM.

unfortunately, due to a misnamed sproc in DNN userInfo class, a number of modules do not properly calculate time if portal default time zone differs from server time zone. I suggest setting portal default to same time zone as the server.

When will this actually get fixed? The DNN-4991 bug (it's marked as a new feature, but I consider it a bug) is almost 4 years old and has had no movement from the DotNetNuke core team for almost 10 months.
