[Sorry for the double post.  The site choked with an error message on the first attempt.  I assumed it had not posted.]

I want to customize the text in the email sent to new users.

I edited the text in App_GlobalResources\GlobalResouces.resx under the key EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PUBLIC_BODY.Text. It had no effect on the email sent out to a new user.  On closer checking I discovered that the original text under this key is only similar to the actual email text.  The actual email contains another (irrelevant) line about a verification code.  Registration in  my site is set to Public.  I have tried a search in all files and there is NO file on the site that contains the full text of the actual email being sent.

Is there some additional process I need to apply to the resx file before the site will use it?  Have I missed somthing obvious?
