Hi Guys I have been following a website to install DNN for 2008 professional no ISS and all is well until I to the compile without debug and I get this error

Error    1    could not find library 'C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\System.EnterpriseServices\2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\System.EnterpriseServices.dll'    vbc : Command line    

using version DNN 5.02.03
Can some one tell me what this it wont load the default page, and yes my compiler works with other programs.
