After upgrading from version 5.3.1 to 5.4.0, received the following error message:

 

DotNetNuke Error


 

Erro Ocorreu um erro.

Hi Luis,

Where does that error show and any chance you could translate it to English so I can help.  Also do you have any errors listed in the SQL logs?

First I would like to thank you for your support.
I put the English as default language of the portal.

Analyzing the directory "install/module" I have noticed that there were some modules that had been left by another installation attempt. Did the exclusion of packages and ran the upgrade that worked without problems.
I believe that the error was caused by these packages.

Once again, thank you very much for your help.

Excellent news. Thats a good point that people should check that all of the .zip files in the Install folders are gone after an upgrade isntallation.
