I get a SMTP Error DNN 5.04.03 Community Source installation when installing  on a win XP. There is a problem reaching the SMTP server now when project is .Net4.0:

There has been an Error while trying to send a test email. The Error is: Request for permission of type 'System.net.mail.Smtppermission, System, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral

I have a DNN 5.1.3 running without problems on the same Win XP machine so it is not wrong SMTP credentials??

Installing DNN 5.04.03 source seems to demand .Net4 but installing DNN 5.04.03 install package only demands .Net2.0 as a setting inside IIS. How come?

If you use VS2010 Visual studio will prompt to convert the project to .NET 4. Say No.
