I have figured most everything out, it is like one thing after another, i know that im a newb and everything but i don't understand this error. Can someone help Please?

 

Parser Error Message: Exception in configuration section handler.

Try copying a fresh web.config and updating the conn strings. It looks like something else was deleted. Is this an install or source package release?
