Actually we've confirmed this is a bug in the upgrade logic. The code is looking for a tabname passed in that does not have a matching tab. We will be evaluating a fix for a future, possibly next, release cycle http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=13659&PROJID=2

Ok, thank you.

I looked at the link you sent me.
I have't removed any page from the database.
I have how ever used the Pages function to remove a page that I created which had some Swedish characters in them because they weren't working.
Is there a way I could fix this manually?

 Fredrick;

Apologies for not replying sooner.

We are looking at this bug today if there is a manual workaround I'll get it and post it otherwise I'll try to indicate which release the fix will be in.

Fredrick;
We went through the code and found the issue and so this issue in Gemini has been marked as fixed by Dev for the next release.
