In web.config look for something like the XML below. The line that is important is highlighted. That one tells the compiler to redirect binding of any previous versions to the newest one you pasted into the Bin folder.

Can you verify that it matches the telerik.web.ui.dll file version?

Unsure how Id do that Nestor - I just copied it straight from the 5.5 install package.
