Tried installing DNN 5.5 into a new install of Server 2008, IIS 7, and SQL Server Express 2008. Gave permissions to NetworkService and IUSR to the DNN directory. The browser gives me a HTTP 500.19 error. Error Code: 0x80070021. Searched the net found info about using the ApplicationPoolIdentity instead of NetworkService. But nothing works. How can I proceed?

The IIS 7 have 2 different modes and for each mode a different user.  So if you run integreaded moade you have to use the Iuser for integreated mode.
I suggest to read the free installation guide!
