For the last few months, we have been working on a new DNN site and we are ready to launch the new site today.  How do we migrate the user database from our old site to our new site?  We have kept the DNN versions the same on both sites.  Is this a behind the scenes table import / export op. in SQL Server or is there some other utility we need to be using?  If in SQL Server, which tables do we need to be focused on?

Thanks in advance for any assistance here!

I suggest using one of the available 3rd party modules, e.g. BuldUserManager by PHDobson (http://www.snowcovered.com/Snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=18230) is not expensive and worked fine for me. Don't forget to start with a database backup, however!

Cheers from Germany,

Excellent!  Thanks Sebastian!  I'll give Bulk User Manager a try.  Yes, backup... NEVER a bad idea!  Thanks again!
