Yes I'm sure. I have .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 and granted full file system permission to the windows account used by ASP.Net

This error is occuring because a ClientAPI variable was not properly set by the server side code.  In searching through code, this variable is only set in one location - the RegisterControlMethods function in ClientAPI.vb which is part of the DotNetNuke.WebUtility assembly.  My guess is that there is a control on the page that is not calling the RegisterControlMethods.

Do you have a public URL that I could look at to see what controls are on that page?

Was there any update on this, I am getting the same error on a website I recently upgraded to 5.6.1??? Thanks

I just did a DNN 4.9.5 to DNN 5.4.4 based on the recommended upgrade path on Will Strohl's blog. The site came up but I see this similar error in the status bar.

I found this thread and thought someone might have an answer for me here. But I just noticed that after browsing to to other pages and coming back to the home page I am not seeing this error anymore. Should I be concerned that I saw it to start with?
