I have successfully installed DotNetNuke on my GoDaddy account (manual installation, not their value app install). When accessed via the regular www.mysite.com/myportal URL, the portal works as expected. However, when I acccess the portal via www.myportal.com (a domain name that I bought and redirected to www.mysite.com/myportal from GoDaddy's control panel) I am facing difficulties loggin in: After I type in the user name and the password, the portal simply returns to the home page, without letting me in.

I did set the portal alias(es) somewhere in the DNN host settings. Is there something I am missing?

What do you mean by "redirecting"? How do you actually have this setup?
