Attempted to update site from 5.2.2 to 5.5.1 multiple times with no luck. Updated 3 sites including this one to 5.2.2 several months ago from 4.9.x with little trouble. Used both the install and the upgrade packages remembering to always save and bring critical info from current web.config to new web.config. The upgrade give different errors due to the telerik dll not being updated in the upgrade. Any suggestions?

I didn't think the upgrade package would work due to the telerik dll issue. Is this not the case? The current site is reporting .Net 3.5, but I'll have to check on SP1.

Tried again just using upgrade without modifying web.config. Still getting following error
