Hello, i am trying to install DNN 5.5.1 (domain and host on GoDaddy) and i am getting the same error every time - the HTML module fails and nothing is working.
My url is: http://www.qualitycoolcy.com/home/Def...

Honestly, I would totally recommend you find another host. No one I know has ever had good luck with GoDaddy hosting. I use them for all my domain names, but I won't touch their hosting services.

Depends on the godaddy hosting plan. We have several clients running dnn on Godaddy without issues. If you have Remote desktop access it is just like any other machine. If you have Remote access check the permissions on this folder:

D:\Hosting\3182649\html\home\Portals\_default\Logs\

Make sure Whatever account the app pool runs under has full permissions to this folder, typically the default is the 'NetworkService' user.
