i am getting the below error while configuring DNN

How can get the rid out of it.. HELP ME..!

Hi Chris Hammond,

I have placed DNN on my hosting server. I have created database on the hosting and assign the user to it.
I already have changed the web.config file into dnn folder. The settings are as follows:

When I tried to install dnn on Custom Setup Mode it throws error on the third stage where you have to enter the database Configuration details
