Hi All,

I have been using DNN for a number of years now and have been asked about using it in a business capacity. The plan is for up to 5000 portals, They may not be very large, ranging from 4 pages to 20 pages with E Commerce capabilities.

With the right hosting could DNN handle this. I have concerns as I have seen DNN to be a little slow even on small sites on good hardware.

Any thoughts ?

Whist I'm sure that DNN could cope, given sufficient resources, it's not something that I would attempt.

Would all these portals belong to the same company?  How would you handle one portal's request to restore from backup?  Would you have to be making extensive use of the {ObjectQualifier}? <shudder />
