I think I made a fundamental blunder by NOT "unblocking" the zip file before performing the upgrade from 5.5.0 to 5.5.1.  Is there a way to reinstall the upgrade?  I did not observe any errors howver, I am now having trouble with the language editor.

Did you happen to backup before the upgrade? If not, you might try extracting the files again and call http://mywebsite/INSTALL/INSTALL.ASPX?mode=installresources to try to make sure it installed any extensions, though the other tasks that should run during an upgrade likely won't get executed again.

Unfortunately the time lag between backup and discovery made a redo rather scary.  I did what you sugessted but that wasn't the cure.  The final fix was a fresh copy of the languageeditor.ascs.vb.

please check the update log file for DNN 5.5.1 at the far end of Host Settings or by opening /providers/dataproviders/SQLDataProvider/05.05.01.log with a text editor.

All of the log files are empty.  No errors were noted during the upgrade.
