The <ReWriterRule> fix worked perfectly well for me!

as aZnManUtd said, the rewriteRule works fine for me.
I just opened the SiteUrls.config on my computer and added the code in the xml. that's all. thanks
<RewriterRule>
         <LookFor>(.*)/</LookFor>
         <SendTo>~/Default.aspx</SendTo>
</RewriterRule>

I also have the same problem and was able to solve it the same way.
