Downloaded 05.06.00 (459) and installing this version for the first time and ran into several errors with included modules: Taxonomy and Messaging as well as 3 other purchased modules that I have used many times on previous DNN5 versions.  To complete t eh initial installation I had to remove these 5 modules from the Install/Modules directory.  Then the installation would complete.  Now I am trying to manually install them using Host > Module Definitions > Install Module and I am still not having any luck.  The Taxonomy errors read:

I reinstalled without the 3 purchased modules and the install worked and Taxonomy and Messaging worked fine on the 2nd install.  I will take it up with the module builder's once I figure out which module was the culprit.

From your posted error, it appears that it was an IFinity module (URL Master maybe) that had a problem and was blocking the install of other modules. Visit their website (http://www.ifinity.com.au/) for support forums and knowledgebase. Bruce is always most helpful in supporting his products.
