I built a DNN site using version 5.5 on my local PC.  When I push it up to my web host and try to access it the site always redirects me to Install/UnderConstruction.htm.  How can I get it to stop doing this redirection and give me an error message instead?  My connection string is correct.  I have spent 5 hours so far trying to resolve this.  My connection string is correct; even if I put in bogus connection strings that can't possibly connect I get teh Install/UnderConstruction.htm page.  What cause DotNetNuke to go to that page?  What is causing DotNetNuke to not work at my web host?

this can happen if you've set AutoUpgrade to false (the site assumes you will kick off the installation via the install.aspx page - please see the wiki page at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/tabid/1409/Page/AutoUpgrade/Default.aspx
