Upgrade from 4.9.3 to 5.6.0 and the Configuration Manager is missing from both the Host menu and the graphical Host screen.

Did you have any installation errors during the upgrade process?

There were some errors with the Telerik issue, Feedback and Xmod/Forums DateAdd problem but nothing else that I can remember.

Is there a query available that I can run against the database to find problems with the 5.6.0 database?

no, though you can install a fresh copy of 5.6.0 and use a comparison tool to check e.g. sqlcompare. However, I'd recommend you first of all check if the confuration manager is installed (i.e. check the module drop-down list). If it is just create a new page and add an instance of the module to it.
