I upgraded a site over the holidays to 05.06.00 (459) - The site has a few admin accounts, one host account and approximately 250 editor accounts - editors have edit rights to their respective page(s) only.  -- this is a high school site where "editors" are teachers.  Since the upgrade teachers are unable to use document manager to upload and make files available to students for download --- the odd part is document manager works fine when logged in with admin and host accounts.  Is there a hidden permissions issue here?   thanks.

What version of DNN did you upgrade from? What version of the Documents module are you using?

Thanks Chris --
upgrade from DNN 4.9  -
current doc man version: -- Not sure how to tell.. it's not listed in module definitions .... I attempted to add a screen grab here and clicked on the image manager icon... the window came up but was blank like my teacher editors are seeing.

Buddy;
Document Manager is part of the Telerik HTML controls.
What version of HTML Pro is shown when you go Host --> Module Definitions?
Is there just 1 HTML Pro in the list?
Did you see any  errors in the UI when you upgraded?
If you check the Event Viewer for entries the day and time you upgraded did you get any General Exceptions logged?

Thx,

Ken, I wasn't the one who upgraded but my employee upgraded it locally first with the only problem being some server permissions to run the upgrade but once that was changed the upgrade went smoothly then he transferred it to production server.

There is no HTML PRO in module definitions just HTML and it is at 5.6
