For whatever reason DNN has stopped (or never started) reporting guests and logged in users to the site. It's a fairly fresh install only a couple weeks old. I have tried 3 different user online modules and I have gone though all the normal procedures of restarting the scheduler to flush the online users cache and such. If anyone has the EXPERIENCE to address this I will be willing to pay up to one hour of your time. If it's not fixable after one hr then it's frankly not worth trying to fix.

Please get it touch with me directly harlemaximus at my yahoo.com address or PM me here for my phone to call me directly if you need more information. Thank you.

Peter

Do you have Users Online enabled on the HOST/HOST SETTINGS page?

Yes, I have in fact disabled it. Rebooted the DNN app then re-enabled it. I also made sure the scheduler to clear the online user cache was running every min. Every other casual DNN user I asked have run out of ideas what my online users is not working.

On a related note, I use Active Forums. AF uses it own method to detect logged in users not DNN's. AF displays logged in users fine. Not sure if that helps or not.

Any ideas of what I need to do greatly appreciated. I really am stumped...

Peter
