Hi,
Please I need you to explain to me or refer me to how to do the following in dotnetnuke
1. I have developed dotnetnuke application (with sub portals) on my computer and it worked well on my system, BUT I have issues moving it to a dedicated server online. when I tried to move the dotnetnuke application on my system through the remote desktop connection to the internet, instead of me to see the project the way I wrote it, it rather starts the installation afresh thereby making the whole project to be messed up. So i resolved to installing new dotnetnuke online too and move it one after the other, but i seem to have issues with connection to database.
2. the dedicated server has ip address (192.168.0.1) for instance, now, i have the project copied to the root folder online, but i want to make sure that whenever i type the ip address, the website will show instead of having to type 192.168.0.1/{folder-name}

Please How do i do this?
Can you be of any help?
