Hello,

I'm getting a Runtime Error after changing main domain of my account.
check my website : soran-news.com

How should I fix the issue?
the website is located on my own server, and I have all accesses to the server as administrator.
I told the issue to datacenter support staffs, and they told me that I have to assign a dedicated application pool, assign necessary permissions and set .NET 4.0 in order to resolve the issue.
I asked them what are necessary permissions, and they told me, The IUSR & application identity permissions

Now, I added dedicated application pool and set .NET 4 but I don't know how should I assign necessary permissions?
Please help me to fix the issue

Regards
Reza

Hi Reza,

Did you add a new portal alias for the domain name? Can you access the site with the temporary URL. If so, log in and add a portal alias for your domain name.

 http://helpsite.dotnetnuke.com/Online...

If you can't try setting your web.config file custom errors to off for more detailed error.
<customErrors mode="Off"/>

Also see this link if you can't access site http://weblogs.asp.net/christoc/archive/2007/07/03/dotnetnuke-tip-modifying-your-portal-aliases.aspx
