I am installing DNN 4.0.3 using the install package and i have a IIS in my webhosting which is webhost4life.com and i can make a virutal directory and i point it to the /website folder and i go to install and i get that customError='Off' thing and i fix it but the error saying my virtual directory is not set right or something. I have no clue what to do to fix it and I know there is probably someone that uses WH4L on here.

I use them... you can always send them a support request - they are pretty good at troubleshooting for you. Are you sure you enabled .net 2.0 on the virtual directory? It can also be a db problem... or permissions problem. Did you give permissions to the specified security account to the whole folder where you have the dnn files?

I'd copy the error message into this thread if you haven't fixed it.
