I installed 2 seperate instances of 05.06.04 (24).

On the module definitions page of one instance, These are missing.

Install Module Create New Module

please check and make sure you are in "edit" mode (via the top right hand side) - if you are in view mode you will not see certain options.

I got those to show up, but I still have an issue with none of the links working.  you click on them, the little loader thing does its thing but nothing happens?

I would recommend trying to work with 5.6.5 that came out last week, instead of 5.6.4
