I am going to be converting an html based site to DNN.  The site is currently at www.csa-marion.com and they would like something using CMS.  Anyway, it is currently and will be hosted with a company called sitecon.  Sitecon tells me that they will create a place at csa.sitecon.com to do the development and then it will get moved to www.csa-marion.com when it is ready to go live.  My question is what will I need to do on the site, database or whereever when it is ready to go live?  I shouldn't have to be physically moving any files since the host should do that if necessary but i am assuming something will have to change with the change in url.

Thanks

just add a portal alias for the new domain (csa.sitecom.com) under admin->site settings

Buy the new Professional DNN7: Open Source .NET CMS Platform book Amazon US
