I suggest upgrading in multiple steps via 5.2.3, 5.5.1 and 5.6.7

Did you restore a backup of the database as well as the files?

The webhost Technical Support person told that they did and below is what he told me. I really need help to get the site back even you would like to remote in my computer and fix it that is an option if you would like to do that.

Hello Tamer,

We weren't able to get the site working again. The database has been restored, but I'm not sure what's going wrong with the files. If you can try restoring your site files again, you might have better luck. Please just make sure they are the old version of DNN and not the new version.

Also, we've placed a backup of your database in your home directory and it is named "pmgdotnetnuke_89347_backup_2012_02_02_010029_6291740.bak."
