Is this even possible? The site I want to upgrade is using Access as DB, but I was thinking perhaps upsizing to SQL Server, upgrade to 3.x and then on to 4.x.

Anyone done anything like this and have a description of a procedure for such an upgrade?

I am trying to do almost the same thing; I currently have 2.1.2 up and running for 2 years now and want to upgrade it to 4x. I am currently using W2K and SQL 2000. My new server is running W2K3 and SQL 2005. I am looking for help making this migration but so far unsuccessful.  Anyone have any suggestion to how this can be done?

I'm also looking to do this.  I know some 2.xx modules don't work with 3.xx an 4.xx but I only really use one module and I know works with the newer version.

Does anybody know if this is possible?  It would be a real shame to have a site with hundreds of users and not be able to upgrade to DNN 3 or 4.

I've been trying to upgrade from v2.1.2 to ver 3.3.3 and I'm having a big problem as well. The upgrade process runs fine - no errors come up and ererything looks good. But, as soon as I try to surf to one of my existing portals, the login page is displayed instead of any content. If I try to login with the host account, I get an "Object Reference" error.

Is this an issue with jumping from 2.1.2 all the way up to 3.3.3? Has anyone seen this before? I love all the new enhancements and fixes added to the latest version, but it's killing me that I can't get it running. Any help would be appreciated!

I also tried a update from 2.1.2 to 3.3 and everything seems to run smoothly (no errors during the update were presented). When i try to access the portal I only get the login page and I cannot login. No content is displayed accept the Terms and Privacy. Any help would be appreciated.
