I'm developing on my local server WIN2008 with DNN 06.01.04. My hosting provider Netwrok Solutions currently supports DNN 5.6 what is the least painful approach to move from my development site to Network Solutions? BTW I do need to use DNN 06.01 and higher due to the features/modules

Here are a couple of approaches:

(1) Do not install DNN 5.6 offered by Network Solutions. Just assume you have a clean install. Just copy my files to the root folder (DNN 6.1.4). Just do the traditional setup on a server. By installinng the SQL server scripts.

(2) Install DNN 5.6 on Network Solutions. Do an inpalce Upgrade to 6.1.4. Then copy files from my root folder to Network Solutions. Update teh DB. and of you go!

(3) Pay network solutions to upgrade from 5.6 to 6.1.4 then do Step 2

(4) Any other ideas?
