I have a Dotnetnuke 5.1 site that I cannot upgrade.  I can't even get an upgrade to 5.1.1 to work.  It appears the site either had issues when first installed or during some previous update.  It seems numerous stored procedures are missing as well as table columns.  Is there a way to go back and rerun all the install scripts to fix the database items that are missing.  I am hoping there is a way that is more efficient than simply opening up all the sqlprovider install scripts and rerunning them all through the query analyzer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this sounds very strange, if your site is not exposing any issues when running. please check the log files in /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider folder to get an idea what happened. Empty logs usually indicate, that the script did run, missing log indicates, the script never executed. Otherwise the log contains error during execution. Which was the original install version of the installation?
