I am running a clean install of DNN 06.02.00 on a Win2008 server using a Sql 2008r2 db. After selecting the resouce pack I get an exception:

Security Exception
Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

Exception Details: System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.

typically this occurs if the files are seen as unsafe - this happens because Windows marks files downloaded from the internet as untrusted. To remove this, when you download the zip, right click it, go to properties and then click "unblock" - now the files do not contain hidden zone information saying they are unsafe and should work as expected.
