I've upgraded to 6.2 recently.  When I was finished it went into a redirect loop.  I was able to fix that by going into default.aspx and commenting out the line at the bottom that was responsible.  I bring this up because I think that jquery is the reason that my Manage Buttons show up but with no form and doesn't respond to a click. 

The javascript code comment is:

//This code is to force a refresh of browser cache
        //in case an old version of dnn.js is loaded
        //It should be removed as soon as .js versioning is added

How do I fix this?  I'm not finding anything helpful here or by Googling it.

Also I put an alert in the code for the above and, dnnJscriptVersion = undefined and I believe it should be 1.6? How do I ensure that jquery is installed and configured?
