Does anyone know how to fix this? The module name is not important, it does this with every module. I can just randomly select a module with trial from dnn store and it has this error. Also if I try to install a core dnn module that is not installed yet.

check AddMetaData stored procedure, there might be duplicate data in the table, which is expected not to happen (but not enforced by index or constraint)
