I have uploaded the install version of dot net nuke to my hosting space. Started installing ...

After sometime it is generating a message :- 13% ERROR occured - Step Failed - Folder Creation Check,Step Failed - File Creation Check,Step Failed - File Deletion Check,Step Failed - Folder Deletion Check

After searching in google i got some hints that giving read/write permissions to the root "httpdocs" folder will solve the issue.

But unfortunately, my hosting provider says they won't allow me to set permissions for the httpdocs folder neither they can set it from their end due to some sort of security reasons.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Create a sub-folder, ask them to grant permissions on this new folder and install DNN there.
