My name is Hope, I've been trying to install DNN 7.0 on my laptop and have been failling. I downloaded the videos from the Video Library and followed the instructions as per each video. After configuring IIS, the file system and the database, when I launch my IE nothing and I mean nothing happens. If someone out there can help me with the installation I would be most appreciative. Am I missing something please help am just about to give up on using DNN.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and SQL Server 2008 Express, as per the video instructions I did not create a database but, do I have tp change the connectionstring in the web.config to point to my database ?, if someone can provide clarity please do thank you in advance

Regards

Hope

Hope,

Can you list the steps you took to install DDN?

Also, what happens when you attempt to launch the website? You said nothing but can you elaborate?

Mark

Hope
