I usually install DNN on my server directly, but for the current install I am trying to do, it is on a 3rd party server and I am using the Plesk Parallels control panel. I've followed all the usual steps, and am able to get to the Installation page when I go to the site (http://new.ptchev.org).  I have put the relevant connection info in the web.config file, and I'm pretty much 100% sure it's correct.  However, when I put in a password for the host account and click "Continue", it verifies the database, checks permissions... and then returns to the SAME page - the first page of the installation wizard!

Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong (or what I may have missed in the Plesk setup?)
