Hi there,

I'm trying to install DNN and I have problems with it. Here are the errors Chrome console displays: http://imgur.com/lqhsBw7

I saw this thread http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/107/postid/131891/scope/posts.aspx ans I added that line to web.config (even though there is no httphandlers section in DNN's web.config by default) but it doesn't help.

 I use DNN 7.00.05, Widows server 2008 and IIS 7.5

Can you advise please?

I would start your installation over and make sure that you have UNBLOCKED the ZIP file you downloaded/extracted for DNN. If you're missing that file you likely have other files missing.

If that isn't it, you may need to check that you have all the necessary requirements for IIS installed and running.

Hey Chris,

Thanks for your reply. The archive was unblocked but this file never existed neither in root folder nor in /install folder.

What IIS requirements can I check? I saw this page http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Downloads/System-Requirements.aspx

The machine meets all requirements. I'm not sure if .NET Framework 4.5 is installed, but it's not installed on my local development machine and installation works on it.

There are a number of requirements in IIS, though I don't know of a good list defined anywhere. I'll see if I can find an old blog post that has the options in Windows Features checked

Are you by chance trying to use a source code install instead of a normal install.
