Tried upgrading my Dnn setup to v7 and got the error "Resource cannot be found", referring to the files "Install/InstallWizard.aspx". The files are there and so this must be a url re-writing issue. I've updated the application pool to use .Net 4, integrated mode. Checked all necessary permissions are there, so what could it be? Also tried changing from HumanFriendly Urls to SearchFriendly in the web.config, but this had no effect.

This happens regardless of the portal alias, whether the actual url, ww.x.com or localhost, or even the IP, nothing can be done, can't login, can't do anything. I reverted back to my backup and I"m now stuck as I can't create a new site since my local dev is v7 and my production host is v6.

Anyone have any possible solution to this?
