Doing new install from DotNetNuke_Community_07.01.02_Install on WIN 2008 Server, DB 2012 SQL Svr and can see the DNN home page for a second then the 404.0 error

Requested URL http://MYDomain.com:80/Getting-Started/mid/363?ReturnUrl=http%3a%2f%2fMYDomain.com%2f&popUp=true
Physical Path D:\WWWroot\MYeMktPL\MYDomain\Getting-Started\mid\363

Saw 

At http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/Page/... but my web.config does not have  runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests and could not get the line to work using  

<add name="runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"/>

Found the IIS hotfix but it said not tested.

Many other are having similar problems & only solution I saw was to use older version.

Can anyone help?

I tried version  DotNetNuke_Community_07.01.01_Install and get same error.  Does anyone know how far back I need to go to overcome this new feature that others are also complaining about?

In looking for older versions I found the solution that works for 7.1.2 at

Anecdotal reports suggest changing urlFormat="advanced" to urlFormat="humanfriendly" resolves some problems, please try this and post with your issue

You get a welcome screen then the "Let me at it" take one to the normal home page.
