i have first installed in my system dotnetnuke portal(8080). And i have created another portal alias 193.38.78.77:8080

Then backup with my system, then restore the another machine same portal to install then working fine. but i need 80 default portal, that portal by backup file is not working. Pls tell me the any other idea.

I don't believe the port number should make any difference, as far as DNN is concerned; so you probably have an issue with configuring IIS.  I suggest you try to get a simple static web site working at the new location first.  Then try setting up DNN there.
