Thanks Sebastian, I've managed to download and install dnn.But I've running into some new issues, and I'm unfamiliar with all of this.
I managed to get to step 9 without any issues; but as soon as i open my browser to the  http://localhost/dotnetnuke

I get this screen.

I'm not sure where i went wrong. But i cant tell you how much I appreciate the help

OK, so i managed that, and I finally reached the install wizard, but now encountered a host of new problems.

It was doing fine but when it reached the 90% mark creating the super user, it froze, i waited about 20 minutes but i just stuck there, i read online people had similar problems and some fixed it by refreshing, so I refreshed the page to try and restart it but this time it jumped to 35% and then a divided by 0 error occured, i tried restarting it serveral times but I was stuck on that page.

So i tried to just start over by going to the http://localhost/dotnetnuke/

but it brought me to Welcome to your website page, it looked all good but now
I've encountered a brand new error.

I was hoping to just restart the install, but it seems this is beyond that

I have no idea what to do now, but I really appreciate any help.
