Some more information needed to help you.  Tell us more of the Version you used, System Database Version .NET Version, permissions of your application pool user and the Methode you are using eg. Install zip package, WebInstaller, Webmatrix, Hosting, local Maschine or own Server?

Did you unblock the zip package before you extract the files?  Please note the source version must be first compiled to create all files that needed for Installation.

Don't use the Annonymous account for the application pool user by security reasons!  You can create a new Service Account and add it to the IUsers-Groupe and use them as the application pool user or use the ApplicationPoolIdentity!
