DNN has a default host user account which is:

UserName: Host
Password: dnnhost

You can find these default settings in the DotNetNuke.install.config.resources file located in the /install folder of your DNN installation.  These settings are used during installation to setup the initial account.  It is unlikely that your hoster changed these defaults, but it is possible.

if Registration is enabled, you may create a new account and set "isSuperuser" in database table Users to 1.
Logout and in again and your current user should get access to all admin and host functions.
