I watched Chris Hammonds 4-part videos for installing DNN.  Everything went fine with the install and I think I followed all his instructions with the security for the file system.  However, when I go to the local website DNNDev.me it comes up but no CSS applied anywhere.  Obviously the CSS is being loaded but I'm not sure where to even look at this point.

What happens if you browse to http://dnndev.me/portals/_default/def...? Do you get a 404?

Okay, so there is likely an issue with your configuration of IIS not serving static content. It should be a setting in the options for IIS when you install IIS in Windows

Chris, it looks like that setting is checked off already.  I'm running IIS7 on a windows 7 machine. I currently have the Default Website (the IIS7 default page) and now the DNNDev.me website setup on my machine.  The DNNDev.me website is in a Websites folder on my C drive like you had shown in the video.  I setup the appropriate security for the IIS Apppool\dnndev.me account on the file system.  I'm not sure what else I could be missing.
