Getting this error after upgrading after upgrading from 7.0.3 to 7.4.

please make sure you unblocked the downloaded upgrade package prior to unzipping it.

I did the unblock as you directed.  The site is up and working after the update, but after 10+ minutes of working that error returns.  I did edit the web.config and two .cs files.  The edits were things that were functioning before the update, and I just had to put them back in place after the upgrade changed the files.

default.aspx.cs and login.ascx.cs

please check your IIS app pool, it needs to run ASP.Net 4 in integrated (Pipeline) mode.

After upgrading the bin\DotNetNuke.dll was an still an earlier version.  After manually replacing that with the 7.4 version the site came back up.
