odd, the .net version looks fine so it should just work. Did you use a fresh install package or copy an existing install from another machine (as after installation certain files are deleted)

Hello

I used a fresh install package.

Fortunately the solution in getting DNN v7.4.0 to work in my Win8.1 environment was to simply apply the update. I reported this issue simply as a "heads-up" announcement to the development/test teams working on the stabilization release v7.4.1.

Given the recent mindset changes at DNN Corp, I am hopeful that the product roadmap will now be driven primarily by quality instead of the calendar.

Kind regards,
Daniel

glad it's working now, but i'm still confused as we have no other reports of the same issue - historically speaking that exception is usually shown when a zip package has not been unblocked, but you indicated you did that so i dont know what it could be. As for the roadmap, it can be found at http://www.dnnsoftware.com/community/...
