I was running 7.3.4. Nagged to upgrade to 7.4.0. Did that, it didn't work, so I tried nightly. First 7.4.1 - lost stylesheets, now 7.5.0 - same problem.

You can see the page/problem here:

http://www.bukitlawang.com/

From Google cache I see the old page had many stylesheets linked in the HEAD but in the current page these are all gone. (And also JS.)

Any ideas why it has gone missing?

You might check the web.config file to see if the ClientDependancyFramework section is there. Looks like most of the JS isn't being included on the page either.

What does that look like?

Well I don't think it was web.config. I fixed by reinstalling, but I used the original web.config.

Not sure what the cause was....
